Reseller will have to place Refundable Security Deposit of Rs.2000/- to be paid via Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of Shah Net Technologies Pvt Ltd. Payable at Ahmedabad. The Security Deposit cannot be adjusted against any present of future pending orders for hosting package.

Resellers Name, Address, Telephone numbers will be displayed on shahnetdomains.com website, so that people in your region can contact you directly for any of their Internet Solution requirements.

Reseller will be given Reseller Identification No. & Password to Login and place orders directly on the www.shahnetdomains.com website for fast and efficient processing of Web Hosting Services.

Reseller will be eligible for two hosting packages without pre-payment. Request for any additional hosting package over the two packages will be carried out only on realization of the payments for earlier orders placed.

All payment for order should reach Ahmedabad Office within four working days after placing your order on the website. All payment must be remitted through Speed-Post /Courier Service or in person at our Ahmedabad office located at the following address:

On receipt of Security Deposit along with the application form we will issue a receipt for refundable security deposit, Resellers Certificate and a Resellers General Agreement.

Our Prices on the site are in Four Currencies, the Base Currency is US $ dollars hence we update the exchange rates once in a Fortnight or if there is drastically change in the exchange rate then within few days.    We will try to send in advance intimations of change in price list to our Resellers.

You will have to quote the customers initially in US $ and at the time of finalisation of order you will have to give them our prevailing prices in Indian Rupees or any other currency. Present Conversion Rate for US Dollar to Indian Rupees on our site is Rs. 47/- per 1 US Dollar.
